Nichika Winarda is an undergraduate student at the Agribusiness Department of IPB University who is interested in business, marketing, creative, mental health and public speaking. Various superior achievements in the academic and non-academic fields were achieved because of her perseverance, ambition and optimistic attitude. Nichika is an ENFJ-T who likes to socialize, takes a leadership role, is able to think critically and strategically, and is able to communicate actively, both in interpersonal communication and public communication. Nichika actively develops herself through academic activities, organizations and competitions to continue to progress.
