- Provide assistance to Design/Drafting Managers- Accountable to the project for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality of the project.-Liaise closely with production requirements regarding model accuracy, design, drafting standards and design documentation.- Create and maintain BIM models based on contract drawings and information.- Manage, plan and monitor work schedules to ensure on-time project completion.

- Carry out technical CAD operations, in accordance with the company system to meet time and quality requirements relating to delivery on specific projects.- To write detailed reports, calculate materials amount and cost and prepare design specifications and timeline.- Ensure Arcadis standards are followed with regards to preparation of technical drawings, plans and cost estimates.- Produce high quality work to tight deadlines.

- Provide technical supports (draftsmanship) for the Technical Services Projects.- Provide documentation and drawing supports for all electronic systems of Technical Services Projects. - Assist Presales and Tender Bidding Team for preparation of document/drawings.- Assist Engineers and/or Project Managers for preparation of project document/drawing.- Prepare quality control document/drawing for system preventive and corrective maintenance works.

- Produce 2D detailed Furniture Drawing using Auto Cad software- Perform 3D modeling & rendering (3ds Max 2015)- Perform Photoshop Retouching- Produce weekly status report from the Factories.- Responsible for Furniture Quality Control in the Philippines- Project coordination from project manager to the factories

- Responsible for the timely completion of CAD drawings for all assigned projects.- Follow all CAD procedures and standards as issued by SMEC.- In charge of all CAD project documentation (both soft and hard copies) for reference and future use.- Study the design sketches, notes and other relevant material received from the design engineer / CAD Manager and bring to the Design Engineer’s attention any item that is not clear, does not seem to be correct or is worthy of discussion.- Plan the design drawings and determine what details and information needs to be shown, scales to be used, number of sheets required and the sequence of the sheets.- After the drawings have been completed, print a hardcopy and self check all dimensions, chainages, elevations, sections and details for accuracy. When satisfied print a hardcopy to be used as design check print by the Design Engineer.- Study marked-up check prints showing possible corrections, deletions or additions. Verify the corrections and changes indicated on the check prints and bring to the Design Engineer’s and CAD Manager’s attention any item that is not clear or is worthy of discussion. Make the agreed changes to the original drawings.- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
