I am the first person the the residents friends and family members see when they come in. I am the person that welcome’s them and let’s them know I am there if they need anything. I am there to greet anyone and help anyone who walks through our facility. If our residents need assistance I am there to assist them. I am there to help them go outside and enjoy the weather or even take them back to there rooms.I am there when the nurses need me to set appointments up for the residents transportation to make sure they have a ride there and back. If the nurses need my assistance I am there to help them.When we have an new admission, I am the one who puts the charts together. I am the one that collects all the information the is provided and puts it in the charts. Everything starts with the receptionist and then we provide all information to the nurses.I am in charge of the phone. When the phone rings I have to make sure that I take care of who is calling and direct them to the correct person or resident they would like to speak too. If an residents family member or friend needs assistance in the facility I am the one that helps as much as I can.

When there is a situation that happens in the laboratory at the hositpal and medical offices, I am there to help answer any questions that are needed. I also provide information to the sales rep and service rep about there accts. When a sales rep or service rep needs assistance, I am the one they come too. I help assist them in what information they need to make sure there that there accts are taken care of. I am the one that notifies our accts when there is an issue with there patients lab work. We are the ones that relay the information to the acct when a patients lab work has been cancelled, needs more information and/or what we need to perform the lab work test. We communicate with phone calls, emails with our accts. Communication is extremely important with our accts. This is our main job and always letting them know we are there to help, too.

Taking there copay for there health insurance. We deal with cash, check and credit cards. Answering the phones and answering our patients questions or taking messages for our nurses and doctors. Scan the information after there visit in there charts. Making sure that our patients are taking care of with the best service. Our patients come first and we make sure that we provide them with a smile on our face and that they know we are there for them.
