I have always had the passion to work with youth and help them see their true potential.I truly believe that every story matters. Our history does not define us and we all have the power to make positive changes in our lives and the lives of others. I am passionate about supporting and encouraging people to grow into an even better version of who they are. We are all part of this human experience and have the responsibility to show up, give, and grow. Every human has a unique journey and those stories deserve to be shared. I love teambuilding, pushing people outside their comfort zone, and meeting people where they are. I am passionate about people, making them laugh, and sharing the positive side of life. I believe in the power of giving back and sharing time and talents in volunteer roles. I travel to the Dominican Republic to work in a small rural community called El Cacique where I work alongside the local community to empower change from within. I volunteer for the Burned Children Recovery Foundation’s Camp Phoenix, which is a camp for kids who are burn survivors to come together and learn how to rise from the ashes.Skills• Program Design: Continued design, creation, implementation, and development of adaptive programming for children and families of children living with life altering medical conditions. • Concurrent Project Management: Manage and supervise multiple programs, staff, and details with intentional and adaptive programs and events virtually, in person, or in the hospital setting. • Logistics: Utilizing organization, multi-tasking, and a strong ability to work within a fast-paced environment I am successfully able to organize large- and small-scale events to achieve a desired outcome.
