I am a Jersey advocate and lead Appleby's Jersey Private Client and Trusts team, specialising in non-contentious trust, foundation and company matters in a private wealth context. In particular, I advise on the establishment and operation of private and commercial trust structures, including settlor reserved power trusts, charitable and non-charitable purpose trusts and foundations. I have dealt with a number of complex restructurings and my practice includes the dissolution, reinstatement and migration of Jersey private companies and foundations.I was named as one of the 2020 eprivateclient Top 35 under 35 in the UK. In 2018 and 2019, I was named in eprivateclient's Channel Islands Top 35 under 35 list. In 2019, I was included on the Citywealth Leaders List.I am a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and on the board of STEP Jersey. I am also a member of the Trusts Law, the Foundations Law and the Charities Law Working Groups in Jersey.
