With more than ten (10) years of professional experience within the field of HR I have been able to develop my organizational, problem-solving, analytical as well as my interpersonal skills. My driving force is my passion and desire to elevate the performance and job satisfaction of the company's greatest asset – the employees.  Operating in the capacity of HR Specialist over the past ten (6) years I was able to:· Create and launch Employment Engagement activities to build and increase staff morale· Create Training Program to educate all levels of staff on new Performance Management system· Recruited and on-board new employees for revamped department · Created new platform for bonus/incentive calculation, allowing for ease of calculation and greater level of transparency Being passionate about my career and operating within a diverse environment allows me to be enthusiastic about the HR Profession.I am also extremely passionate about cooking, interior decorating and exploring different cultures.
