I started my career with Scrivens in the Sutton Coldfield branch as a Sales Advisor and completed various training courses including a Management course.Following this I became branch manager in Yardley and then transferred to Kings Heath as this is a larger branch and more of a challenge.• Helping patients with all queries and dispense spectacles, hearing aids and contact lenses.• Being first point of contact for any queries both face to face and over the telephone. • Staff training and development including professional members of staff and mentoring fellow managers. • Working with the local community to network and advertise the branch including on Social Media.• Hosting branch events and raising awareness and money for charity. • Meeting all KPIs and standards to ensure NHS criteria is met. • Whilst in my role I have met many of the directors of the company and also worked with professional bodies to ensure Scrivens IQUIPS accreditation.
