Having had managment experience in the hospitality industry I am well versed in variability as no two days were ever the same. I believe this stands me in good stead for the role as Executive Director for Swingate Cots Ltd.The idea for Swingate Cots came about following the birth of my daughter and having a problematic back. I struggled to lift my daughter over the high sides of a traditional cot and so designed a new cotbed which is suitable for parents or carers who have back problems or disabilities.
