During my enriching 6-month Trainee at Chilaw Peoples Bank, I had the privilege to serve as a Cashier, gaining valuable experience in cash handling, transaction processing, and customer service. My responsibilities included accurately managing various financial transactions, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and confidentiality.Beyond my role as a Cashier, I took on an additional responsibility in assisting with IT-related office issues. My passion for problem-solving allowed me to troubleshoot and resolve various IT challenges, contributing to a more efficient and streamlined work environment.Working at Chilaw Peoples Bank provided me with a deeper understanding of the banking industry's intricacies while honing my customer service, time management, and teamwork skills.
