The movement has been decommoditized from its beginning in 2015 – all pinksocks are gifts. DA was acquired by iPractice Group.

Regulated bio-hazardous medical waste treatment and disposal. • Responsible for 17 unique P&L's, 3 treatment facilities, and 350 employees.• Acted as interim CFO for 3 months. • Secured new banking relationship with Pinnacle Financial Partners for pre-acquisition bridge. CMS was acquired by Stericycle (NASDAQ: SRCL).

SaaS based payroll processing.• Launched new product lines including: “Cashchek” PayCard (in partnership with Pinnacle Bank), Worker’s Compensation Insurance (in partnership with The Hartford), and 401k (in partnership with TransAmerica).• Successfully executed two strategic acquisitions: Payroll Plus (Spokane, WA) and Payroll Partners USA (Houston,TX).PSA was acquired by Sheakley.

SaaS based payroll processing.• Designed and implemented an Internet Sales Partner Channel for the 3rd largest payroll service bureau in the U.S.• Built strategic partnerships with Inc, BizRate, Mucho, Wells Fargo, Enwisen, HR Block, & Citibank.• Intuit acquired the company and its online payroll product “NetPay” which was rebranded as “QuickBooks Payroll”. CBS was acquired by Intuit (NASDAQ: INTU).

SaaS based payroll processing.• Designed and implemented an Internet Sales Partner Channel for the 5th largest payroll service bureau in the U.S.• Managed Marketing, Business Development, Public Relations, and Mergers & Acquisitions staff members.• Led the acquisition of Internet Solutions (Rochester, NY).• Launched the company’s first national media program resulting in enhancement of PayMaxx’s corporate image. Garnered national articles in publications such as Accounting Today, Accounting Technology, BusinessWeek, CFO, CNet, CPA Magazine, CPA Technology Advisor, Inc, Smart Business, and HR Magazine.
