I am a finance student at USF, with ambitions to go into restaurant management. I have started to work on my career by working as a shift manager for Taco Bell, this has taught me the passion and stamina it takes to work in the hospitality industry. I have learned that in the busy hours of working communication is the most important factor to bring the team to a successful day. That is how I learned how important it is to adapt to people with different background to find common ground and work more efficiently as a team.Being bilingual has greatly helped me to build connection at work and university. This is especially helpful when it comes to customers relations so they can feel more welcomed and seen when coming to our establishment.
