The contract is with the Canada Border Services Agency. The role is a Problem Manager on the ArriveCAN team. ArriveCAN is an application on mobile and web to help monitor travellers entering Canada for COVID-19 vaccination status and symptoms.Responsibilities:- Create reports for Senior Project Managers based on Support contacts and mobile app store reviews- Submit the ArriveCAN application for approval on mobile platforms, monitor the progress of the submission and release them into production. This often coincides with changes in Canadian policy based on OICs (Orders in Council)- Co-ordinate with contacts in Apple and Google to address any concerns with mobile version of ArriveCAN- Monitor for changes in mobile platform policies (for both Android and iOS) in order to alert the rest of the ArriveCAN team- Create tickets for bugs and releases in Azure DevOps and JIRA (two instances: Server 6.2.5 and Atlassian Cloud)- Communicate with the team using Slack and Microsoft Teams

- Supervise Tier 2 agents- Assess software bugs and work with QA and Development to resolve- Connect to hosted environment on AWS to correct server and software issues- Work extensively with Microsoft SQL Server to pull customer data and correct database issues effecting proprietary software
