This project encompassed all aspects of a small business including things like fundraising, operational policy development, strategic planning, budgeting, and many more tasks. Our team has grown from just a hand full of passionate individuals to over 200 excited members over the last year. We plan on continuing to grow and produce high performance open wheel race cars.

Some of my roles at wazer were:-Creating and implementing product assembly procedures -utilizing 3D CAD as well as design matrices in fixture creation for assembly-First article inspection for off tool production parts-Designing and manufacturing of a mechanical testing machine for the development of future WAZER products-creating visual aids, presentations, and writing proposals for manufacturers and city council-Designing efficient workstations for assembly procedures using workflow and efficiency vs. cost analysis

As a Junior Engineer at The Applied Research Center, I had the opportunity to apply my design and manufacturing skills with little oversight. Some of the items I was tasked with were:-Designing and producing new product prototypes as well as redesigning current products and manufacturing processes to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs-Utilizing CAD packages, simulation tools, CNC water jet, and other manufacturing tools to design and prototype mechanical solutions with little oversight

As a Research Account Worker, I worked closely with 16 research professors and scientists to document monthly EMF logs, laboratory invoices, and procurement purchases via MS Excel.
