Pinner Risk Solutions Ltd (PRS) is a privately owned independent insurance broker offering a range of general insurance programmes to corporate clients. Formed in 2012 PRS has established a significant reputation by working in partnership with insurers to develop strong long term relationships. We are very proud of our corporate logo which is a variation of the hand in hand logo originally used by the ‘Hand in Hand Fire & Life Insurance Society’ the oldest Fire Insurance Society in the world. We are grateful for the permission granted by Aviva Insurance for use of the logo. We are based in Pinner, Middlesex but our clients are located throughout the United Kingdom. The PRS team has historically been involved in the arrangement of insurances for the construction industry but we have built up a strong affinity with a significant number of other trades and professions within the corporate business sector. PRS will be delighted to act as your appointed insurance broker.History and Background Whilst PRS is a new venture from January 2012 the two Directors have spent their whole working careers within the insurance industry. Nick Auger and Zena Tebboth, the two Directors, formed Regent Insurance Services Limited in 1989, following a career together at Wimpey Insurance Services Limited which was the in house insurance department of the George Wimpey Group. Nick Auger was sponsored through a sandwich course by George Wimpey starting his working career within the Construction Industry and Zena Tebboth joined him there after a brief career at the Royal Insurance and Gerling Global. Following the formation of Regent Insurance Services Limited in 1989 the company traded until 2004 when it was sold to a West London general insurance broker and where the two Directors worked for a further six and a half years.
