Executive Support Engineer at JUST EAT responsible for Enterprise Information Technology supporting the JE board, Chairman, C level Management, Directors and all Country Managers within Just Eat. I support 40 of the most senior stakeholders in the UK and 13 other countries. I provide them with bespoke support whenever they need it in the office or offsite at Corporate events at any location around the world. I ensure that the business can keep running at our amazing parties and conferences by setting up War rooms at the various different venues we visit.I have revolutionised the way Just Eat communicates internally and externally over the past 2 years. I implemented a new webinar solution to replace an old awkward solution. I created an internal video hub on our internal YouTube channel so that sprints, all hands, and learning materials were available to all global employees.Improved reliability and quality of video streaming live events tenfold!We now stream our Global All Hands, Tech talks etc. with 98% + success rate and reliability.As the AV champion I find new technologies to implement into the company. I was the manager for all external communications into the building including the very busy Press Office dealing with third party telecommunications companies such as colt, Verizon, BT, Reuters etc. Also project managed new fibre connections into the building which involved road closures and major excavation on the public highways.
