As a Research Fellow at the Centre for Responsible Business, University of Birmingham, I explore the topics of leadership development, workplace wellbeing, experiential learning, emotional labour, DEIB in leadership and leadership impact. I apply my research insights to design and deliver experiential learning solutions that help leaders and organizations achieve their potential and goals.I also serve as the Director of Partners for Leadership (P4L), a social enterprise that provides leadership coaching and training to the C-suite, Senior Leaders and Board members. Additionally, I am a Consultant for The Pacific Institute, a global consultancy that specializes in performance improvement and culture change. I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Accounting at UoB, where I also obtained my MBA in International Business. I have a background in acting from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, which enhances my skills in motivational speaking and educational workshops. I have recently been a commissioner for Youth Employment UK and assisted in the design of the 2024 Young Person's Entitlement report on post-16 education and employability.
