During my time at Citizens National Bank I worked in many different departments, gaining a well rounded knowledge of the banking industry. While in this role, I worked with the lending, credit, accounting, treasury management, marketing, operations, and compliance departments doing various projects and learning more about what each department’s role is in making the bank function. One project I worked on was the integration of vendors files and contracts into a new vendor management system, while also giving feedback on the new software. While also in this role, I worked on the teller line gaining frontline experience and worked on developing my communication skills with customers.
