As Co-Owner of Eka Sport LLC / Minnesota Youth Cricket Academy, I spearheaded the establishment of Minnesota's first indoor cricket training facility. In my role as Director of Education and Training at Minnesota Alliance With Youth, I recruited, hired, and led a team of over 70 AmeriCorps Promise Fellows, providing professional development on essential topics and ensuring program fidelity through strong partnerships with host sites.

As the Education Director at Tanzanian Children's Fund, I served as a co-principal at Gyetighi Primary School, managing all aspects of daily operations, staff, and student success. I motivated students through positive reinforcement and organized professional development sessions for teachers.
