A driven and analytical HR & Payroll systems specialist who has 10 years’ experience with the CoreHR product, I have worked both as an implementer of CoreHR, and as part of a client project team working to install the system at the University of Hertfordshire.I have been involved in a wide range of successful HR and Payroll system implementations, across a number of industries in both the private and public sector. With extensive experience in the rollout of Personnel, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Employee/Manager Self Service, Recruitment and Business Intelligence modules of CoreHR, I excel at relationship building, receiving very positive feedback on my work from clients.My work as a Solution Design Consultant often involves leading pieces of work to resolve key issues for clients in situations where product functionality does not meet client expectations.     Working as part of a specialist team dedicated to CoreHR system implementations, I lead on the solution design portion of projects.     Duties include:-- Being responsible for the timely completion of the University’s HESA staff return. This task required me to establish robust protocols for data collection and submission, manage and validate the data throughout the year and liaise with the wider UH HESA group and senior management to ensure the University’s staff base was depicted accurately and in line with the Universities strategic goals.- Completing and improving various statutory and bench-marking returns - Working with Core International to design and develop their HESA solution, which UH were the first to use to complete and submit a HESA return.
