Aircraft Overhaul Leader
Current- Coordinates all schedule and non-schedule inspections, services, maintenance, repair, trouble shooting, component failure analysis, and modifications of aircraft equipment.-Oversees aircraft inspections including preflight, post flight, phase, acceptance, and other schedule and unscheduled inspections.- Oversee all education programs, provide hands-on mentoring and training opportunities, prepare evaluations and award packages, and approve financial reimbursement and budgets for direct reports.- Performs administrative responsibilities. Advises employees of performance expectations, providing proper guidance, direction, and continuous feedback on employee’s strengths and weaknesses. Stratify employee’s performance through annual evaluations aiding in employee promotion.
