Collectively, we were responsible for servicing 85 stores.Responsible for the correct budget allocation across the various marketing functions.Responsible for articulating, presenting, justifying and executing a marketing strategy for both Cape Union Mart and K-Way. This strategy was presented annually to the senior management committee, and formulated with the guidance of the group marketing director, and the marketing team.Led and managed a cross-departmental team which worked on shows and exhibitions (e.g. Two Oceans expo, Argus Cycle Tour expo). Cape Union Mart participated in 12 shows annually.
