Managed, planned and led ACTIVE’s Activity Cloud product offerings and Direct Data Monetization efforts. • Provided the requirements and business planning for Activity Cloud’s newest product “Target Marketer” designed to provide accurate prescriptive and predictive recommendations based on data analysis and data models to help race directors more efficiently market their events across social media. • Led the research, analysis and business case development for our Direct Data Monetization strategy geared towards non-endemic customers and market segments. The system will provide list scoring and recommendations based on ACTIVE’s more than fifteen years of activity and lifestyle consumer data.

Management and Establishment of platform services segment of the Coordinated Care Solutions business unit.• Led the design and implementation of the consumer facing client application used by customers to manage patient’s care, check-in and inner office workflow. • Managed the product roadmap and provided the requirements for the company’s data warehouse initiative to consolidate and centralize data within a secure environment to be used for data mining and enhanced reporting for customers. • Coordinated and guided the effort to document, correct and implement all processes and procedures using CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration)

Oversaw the strategic releases of feature enhancements for all internal applications used by staff to process Medicare Advantage applications, data migration packages, and reporting. • Led the design, implementation, and enhancement of a web based software application to process Medicare Advantage enrollment applications submitted to the processing system.• Constructed business requirement documentation and business cases for new applications to enhance department efficiency throughout the company.• Organized backlog of development work and partnered with multiple business owners to prioritize and assess enhancement requests in order to create and manage the product roadmap with successful releases.
