During my time on submarines, I had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of ethnic backgrounds and learn each individuals communication methods. I used these different communication methods to build a highly efficient team. I maintained, planned, coordinated and scheduled over 400 maintenance items a quarter for both Electrical Division and Dive Division. Using my technical expertise, I provided not only on the job training and supervision but also provided training to over 70 personnel in the department for theory and operations of a nuclear reactor. I also expertly maintained the entire departments qualification, examination and training records.I have 13 years of independent study in multiple programming languages (C#, C++, JavaScript, Java, LUA, Python, Visual Basics are a few to list.) Utilizing my prior experience in programming, I used Microsoft Excel, Visual Basics and JavaScript to create multiple computer programs for the military to create a more efficient operating environment. I have also utilized FTP and SSH methods for managing system files for a large community. These servers provided entertainment and allowed people to interact with others from across the world and work together to accomplish a common goalI learn and understand complex material at an incredible pace and am able to then take this knowledge to teach the material to people using a variety of training methods. I believe it is important to adapt to any work environment to create a more successful company.I have 3 years of military SCUBA diver operations. I understand diving physics and search techniques utilizing compasses, H boards, circle search and charts in a day or night time environment. I am able to diagnosis and provide treatment for many diving related injuries. I also have training in maintenance practices, operations and troubleshooting oxygen generators
