I have a relatively traditional background of being with the same company for 10+ years to start my career. It has allowed me to learn many aspects of the business, experience tremendous growth as well as the pain caused along the way, and take on new challenges which have turned me into a well rounded professional. I have been able to combine a hands on approach along with analytical thinking to best serve our customers. Everything from order entry, raw material purchasing, inventory analysis, pricing analysis to developing new strategies, to project management, face to face meetings, and Teams calls to continue our customer success.
