The building is formed using cross laminated timber with copper cladding and topped with a sedum roof. The design includes: biometric finger print access control, a full height glazed pocket door, large opening circular rooflights, a ground source heat pump, bespoke joinery including a Corian caterpillar reading bench, double glazing with an interlayer with real leaves and a quiet room that doubles up as a cinema room with retractable projector and screen.

Facilities include extending the film studio and associated facilities, including a design studio, protools, sound booth, edit suits, staff offices, an art gallery and cafe.Project Architect: Responsible for the concept design through to completion set within a predefined programme. Duties included obtaining planning approval, sign off from a multi-headed client group, implementation of late client changes, and substantial value engineering. University House, Bournemouth. £5.4 million. New land mark building for the college forming the backdrop for the new entrance, comprising offices, studios, an auditorium and a roof garden.Senior Architect: Responsible for providing full support to the Partners, and designing a complex two-storey habitable ‘pod’ mounted on columns within the glass atrium.The Palace Theatre, Cambridge Circus, London. The Really Useful Group. £1.5 million. Restoration of three facades to the grade II listed building. The work consisted of the cleaning, repair and replacement of the detailed figurative buff terracotta panels and red brick facades.Project Architect: Responsible for liaising with the client and producing a comprehensive tender package necessary to secure the required funds to complete the proposed works in line with English Heritage recommendations.Athenry Country House Hotel, Ireland. Oyster Homes (un-realised). €23,677,935. Project Architect New hotel including the restoration of Athenry House (9470 sq m). Responsible for overseeing the design of the tender package and all new build, comprising of three wings, glazed walkways and landscaping. The external envelope included locally sourced stone and large glazed panels.
