Co-led the development of the Transition Service Agreement and supporting costs as well as defined one-time and recurring expenditures associated with carve-out activities for both the NewCo and OldCo. Established and executed against the activities of a detailed close separation plan across all business functions while ensuring accordance to a strict timeline.Finance Transformation: Supported a global initiative to consolidate, improve and migrate the finance processes for both Order to Cash and Procure to Pay for a $350 million manufacturer post acquisition of a London based $200 million manufacturer. Developed leading practices on all finance processes to support growth and build a scalable solution as part of the immediate short term roadmap to achieve synergy benefits. Drove requirements for the development of key performance indicators working with a team implementing Tableau in order to increase visibility on strategic corporate performance metrics.Process Improvement: For a $400 million leading manufacturer and value added processor of recycled PET resins looking to identify opportunities for efficiencies across business processes. Responsible for developing detailed process documentation at multiple levels of the organization while vetting out cross functional dependencies. Performed a gap analysis against leading practices in order to develop detailed recommendations with investment and timeline estimates for short and long term solutions. Developed a roadmap in which to execute recommended solutions based upon, risk, priority and ROI.
