I’m Nick, and I’m the Managing Director at BestPath. I’m responsible for creating and maintaining a team of engineers that help BestPath deliver our vision. I have worked within the Networking industry since 2006 and enjoy being part of the evolution of the associated technologies. I have worked in many different roles, which has given me insights into why and how IT can add value to various businesses. In 2015, I achieved Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert accreditation, and I continue to recertify to maintain my industry knowledge. Most recently, I have overseen major network transformation projects for financial clients. This included remediating the business risk of legacy network infrastructure and enabling the business with software-defined, fully automated data centre fabric. I aspire to keep networking solutions reliable and simple, as nobody wants that 3am call from the Operations Team. Outside work, I enjoy being away from my desk and out in the open.
