Executed sales plan of prospecting business owners from cold calling and warm leads into new clients. This lead to a full sales funnel that averaged 1-2 new accounts on a monthly basis. After about 4 months I moved back to Timken to support the SAP integration and a new opportunity with the company.

Coordinated day to day needs for key OEM and distribution customers. In interacting with customers I'd respond to email inquires within a few minutes and phone calls were typically resolved on the first call. This one on one interaction with a multitude of clients allowed me to engage in process improvements to help consolidate "tribal" knowledge into readily accessible information. I engaged in other process improvement programs which improved productivity such as aiding in the improvement of our daily parcel shipments. I took the initiative and revamped our customer satisfaction surveys, implemented a Net Promoter Score and recorded data for more than 2 years mapping and measuring our process improvements. I created a tool to measure the qualitative impact of the company and presented it regularly so management could make more informed decisions with their quantitative data. I've also worked on initial market research to help develop a landscape of new product launches/initiatives.
