New Hire Facilitation:Assisting with New Hire Facilitation. Plan and prepare for instruction making sure that appropriate instructional methods and materials are for specific mode of learning. Assess student learning and performance using evaluation models and tools appropriate for the environment. Coaches and motivates project team of CSR's to achieve Afni's performance and objectives and individual/team goal attainment. Assists CSRs and/or responds to escalated calls from customers.
