I am an experienced marketer with the ability to balance brand building and commercial objectives, having worked across multiple large organisations across FMCG, Retail and eCommerce. I also have had the privilege of working cross culturally across Asia and Oceania, both in a local and regional capacities. My work experience covers the full spectrum including brand communications covering both content creation and adaptation, product management across B2C and B2B environments, including innovation and commercialisation, and CRM, connecting with customers directly and e-personalising their experiences. I have worked on some of the world's most desirable brands - Coca-Cola, Special K and Nespresso that have built my skillset in strong brand building, trade marketing and omni-channel marketing respectively. Most recently I covered parental leave for Marketing Manager, Coffee (Oceania) at Nestlé, including brand communications, innovation and renovation, shopper and promotions. Previously headed up the Marketing function at Nestlé Nespresso, where I was a key member of the New Zealand Leadership Team and led a team of 10 to develop a strong purpose-driven brand, a mix of global and locally created content, and a healthy organic growth to the annual P&L. I take a balanced and pragmatic approach to drive both the short to medium term growth of the brand whilst ensuring that it continues to be a success in the long term.
