I entered the wonderful world of recruitment in April 1987 when I joined Jubilee Catering Agency (Chef Recruitment) based at 25 Frith Street, Soho. In early 1988 the Directors invited me to launch Higor Associates. 'Higor' was established to service the growing need for the hospitality industry to recruit top calibre Managers - over 3 years I built the business before leaving in 1991 to join Portfolio International. In 1993 I left Portfolio and co-founded Lister Charles with Jonathan Lister. In 2005, Lister Charles tied up with West One Hotel & Catering Consultancy creating a permanent and temporary recruitment business. We operated from offices in London, Bristol, Cambridge, Birmingham and Manchester. We prided ourselves on the reputation we forged through giving exceptional levels of service to both candidates and clients. In 2009, I joined Orange PSG in a Recruitment/Business Development Capacity, I left this business in August 2010.
