Key responsibilities and achievements include:• Developing and maintaining enterprise-wide architecture patterns and reference architectures, fostering standardization and efficiency.• Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of architecture principles, modernize applications, and implement cost-saving strategies.• Creating and influencing design solution architectures, ensuring alignment with business strategies and enterprise goals.• Evaluating and recommending cutting-edge technologies to address complex business challenges and drive digital transformation.• Serving as a key liaison to the Enterprise Architecture Review Board (EARB), guiding business areas through the approval process for new tools and solutions.• Developing and executing Proofs of Concept (POCs) for critical architecture patterns, including advanced deployment strategies, integration methods, and observability practices.• Leading the development of innovative solutions using emerging technologies, such as a recent POC leveraging Python, LangChain, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize governance processes.• Establishing and governing enterprise-wide architecture principles, patterns, and standards to ensure consistency and interoperability across all systems.• Aligning IT strategies with long-term business objectives through comprehensive technology roadmapping and strategic planning.My unique position allows me to bridge high-level strategic planning with tactical solution implementation, ensuring cohesive and forward-thinking technological advancement across the enterprise.
