Currently I play a key role in assisting Portfolio Managers with the management of a $68B AUM portfolio at the Tennessee Department of Treasury. My responsibilities involve engaging actively with industry leaders and company executives. posing incisive, pertinent questions. By doing so, I not only enhance my own understanding of the industry but also gain crucial insight into the potential trajectories of these companies, allowing me to further develop my investment theses. I technically do generalist coverage; however, my areas of specialization include biopharmaceutical companies as well as optical communications, software, and analog semiconductor companies.Beyond the world of finance, my love for chess has opened doors to global adventures, taking me through international tournaments and leading to extensive travels. These journeys have taken me across five European countries and included a brief but enriching study abroad period in Marburg, Germany. Chess has been instrumental in honing my strategic thinking, foresight, and adaptability.
