Bussed tables inside and outside the restaurant, managed and detailed reservation-only areas, accommodated customers, opened and closed the restaurant, including setup and breakdown of equipment, and ensured the restaurant remained clean and neat.

Coordinated directly with the business teacher to organize the MVRHS pop-up store, taking place during Christmas in Edgartown weekend. Planned store layout, merchandising, graphic design and sourcing of products, advertising, student involvement/employment, and collection of nonperishable food items for donation to the Island Food Pantry. The store sold school items such as soft goods, student-produced art (pottery, photographs, chairs, and automotive products), and additional products (honey, jerky, soaps, oils, and vinegars). Profits go towards MVRHS and student activity funds. Presented to the high school committee about the success of the store, including a net income of $1,500.
