Directly responsible for the management and processing of Battalion Level Security and Intelligence management. Provided security training, security clearance processing to over 500 personnel. Also ensured staff needing special access or visitor request were completed promptly. Managed and processed the physical security of the Battalion’s military equipment and personal equipment. Supervised the Battalion’s physical security plan and ensured the subordinate units complied with the installations physical security guidelines

In support of OPERATION NEW DAWN for the US and Allied Kuwait Air Force personnel. Provide command directives for Air Traffic operations in and through Kuwait Air Space for in-flight emergencies and grounded transient alert aircraft. Also ensured distinguished high visibility visitors are accounted and escorted on-time for diplomatic flight missions. Trained Kuwait military on Patriot Missile Defense system standard operating procedures.

Directly responsible for the training of emplacement, maneuver, and set-up usage of Patriot Information Coordination Center, Patriot Tactical Command system, Patriot Antenna Mass Group systems, and Patriot Fire Direction Center. Managed 25 personnel in Battalion Level Patriot operations. Finally, managed Battalion Safety/Motorcycle Program, certifying riders to safely operate vehicles and enforced DoD safety operations are compliant.

Trained and certified 6 personnel in Army Navy/Transportable Radar Surveillance systems. Managed radar system resources for surveillance missions operated within the Central Command area of responsibility. Supported Patriot and AEGIS early warning missile defense missions with external data from Army Navy/Transportable Radar Surveillance system. Report daily alert findings to higher headquarters based on radar surveillance. Assisted in the new development of new search patterns and sectors, utilizing the most resources to optimize proficient missile early warning to the area of responsibility.

Member of the Joint Defense Integrated Air Missile Defense- Developmental Team, as subject matter expert for PATRIOT missile defense systems. Developed a new defense plan for point targets within Continental US. Utilizing Army, Navy, and Air Force Air Missile defense systems. Took current defense designs to optimize them to short notice taskers/warning orders and defend point targets within the US from developing terroristic air and missile attack systems. Also developed a new protocol to be utilized against high jacked aircraft attacking point targets. Which is currently under review by the DOD.

Served as the Early Warning (EW) Section Chief for a PATRIOT Battalion with worldwide contingency in mission with Air and Missile Defense to selected critical assets and air space under direction of the Air Defense Brigade as well as the Air and Missile Defense Command; directly responsible for coordinating, resourcing operations, and training for the Battalion’s Battle Staff complex tasks during times of short Operational timelines. Emphasized safety resulting in zero safety incidents earning the recognition from the Commanding General.

Served as a JTAGS Section Sergeant for one of only four JTAGS in the Army. Directly responsible for providing continuous Theater Ballistic Missile (TBM) early warning reporting and cueing through the use of the Defense Support Program (DSP) satellite constellation of the Army and Combatant Commanders, Directly responsible with the discipline, morale, health, welfare, mentorship, certification, and readiness of five teams to operate in a joint environment spanning over a global environment. Managed and managed the readiness of the JTAGS equipment valued over 10 million dollars. Developed, established, and implemented a new training plan that was ultimately adopted by the Detachment’s Master Trainer as the training plan for all future crews to be assigned to the Detachmen
