I handle the administrative, financial, and legal aspects of the business, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and profitability.As a certified personal trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I also design and implement effective and safe exercise programs for clients of all fitness levels, helping them achieve their optimal health and performance. I have been in the health and wellness industry for over 8 years, and I have previous experience as a fitness manager and a wellness coordinator at different organizations.
