About Nicholas Chang

At the risk of sounding like a geek, I’m hugely passionate about SAP HANA technology whether that be Vora, Hadoop, BW/4HANA, Suite on HANA or S/4HANA. I get a kick from all aspects of my role: from scoping to planning and design, upgrades and migrations, in-depth performance analysis and troubleshooting, it never fails to fascinate me. When working with clients my aim is to make certain that their SAP systems are built on a solid foundation and are fully optimised for maximum performance. This in turn allows their business operations to run on a superstructure with minimal or zero disruption. I have to confess to being a little addicted to the SAP Knowledge Base and SAP Community Network, checking in every day, no matter how hectic it is. These knowledge pools are my ‘best friends’ when it comes to keeping me continuously abreast of the latest HANA developments, and up-to-date SAP knowledge and technology.
