Oversaw all aspects of a project from pre-installation, to installation, to post-installation. Worked directly with the city and builder superintendents, that included all code perimeters and problems, correcting issues on sites, coordinated all problems , duties and concerns should any arise.. Checking various building communities and remodel jobs under contracts to insure the expectations of the high quality workmanship. Expected consistent communications for answering questions and or concerns with builders, homeowners and designers, plus the necessary follow through per those communications. Recruited, hired and managed the location's installers, resolved day to day job site issues via telephone, email or job site visit, and met with clients. Provided PM with stalled quantities and certified payroll information. Along with supervising, from time to time I assisted my crews and builders when necessary with flooring repairs and any other issues that arose within my areas of knowledge as in framers etc.
