I had the pleasure of working at BE Ultimate throughout the summer. BE Ultimate prints and sells custom sports gear to teams around the world. It was an eye-opening experience to work closely in the office with the other employees. My main roles were to assist the marketing director on campaigns and projects, by creating graphics and attending strategy meetings; I was also responsible for maintaining the everyday operations of the office, like shipping and combining orders. During my time here I learned things such as:- Customer relationship management through Hubspot. - Organize marketing campaigns through Trello and Later.- Planning and creating email campaigns to engage different types of customers. - Operate Shopify and updating the company's website.- Used different shipping platforms to minimize costs and increase efficiency: DHL, ChitChats, Novex, and Purolator. By using Adobe Suite every day, I improved my proficiency at creating content on Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. Even though there were hundreds of orders going in and out of the office every week, I helped keep the error rate to 0.5%.

Being a sports coaching service for kids ranging from elementary students to high school teens, my main task was to bring "Elevate Ultimate" to the top of mind for every player in Vancouver. Throughout my internship, my focus was to bring value to the brand's digital media, primarily on Instagram. I designed several different templates and graphics to differentiate our brand from other sports services located in the lower mainland. By creating different weekly themed posts and CTAs for new programs, Elevate's social media presence is extremely identifiable and reputable. Through analyzing metrics every week and creating posts using Adobe Illustrator and Canva Pro, the account has received much more exposure compared to previous months. All the content was scheduled through the use of Hootsuite, following a thorough timetable with a focus on growth. • Increased weekly accounts reached and content interactions by 40%-60% on social media.• Monthly website taps increased by 404% to the sign-up page for the programs. • Surpassed 4,000 followers with a 1.2% weekly increase, with posts receiving over 80,000 views.
