I have over 7 years of management and supervisory experience. Throughout the years I've been helping our business maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers. In my opinion the most important aspects for a successful business are growth, continual improvement, maintaining strong relations with dealers and great customer satisfaction. I also interview, assist in hiring and train employees. My main goal is to broaden myself and learn as much as possible. My passion is the outdoors. When I'm not on the job I love to fish and hunt. Being exposed to this my whole life gives me an appreciation for the environment in which I try to give back by donating to conservation funds, teaching kids to fish and to respect the outdoors.
