I am the President at TempLink Innovations, a company that provides innovative solutions for temperature monitoring. I have a degree in Supply Chain & Value Management from Texas Christian University, where I learned how to optimize the flow of goods and services. I have core competencies in business development, sales, customer service, supply chain management, and strategic planning.In my current role, I oversee daily operations, program development, product development, account management, business development, and finances. I have analyzed and selected several different vendor proposals to improve operational efficiency and redesigned the company budget to enhance transparency and forecasting. I have also established multiple new industry affiliate partnerships that have increased our market share and revenue. I am motivated by creating value for our clients and stakeholders, and I strive to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I also currently work in the family business as a Capital Project Manager at Tharaldson Hospitality Management and previously worked as an F-16 Items Analyst at Lockheed Martin, where I managed and monitored various complex and strategic projects and performed data analysis and presented my findings.
