In this role, I was delivering professional primary care services and guidance to patients on preventative care and healthy lifestyle habits. I remained up-to-date on various medicines and practices. I provided subsequent feedback on progress towards healthier emotional health, sleep, diet, nutrition, biometrics and lab values. I conducted an online health assessment for health behavior change.
