- Assisting Directors in negotiating, securing, and transferring tenants to long term leases from month-to-month leases in commercial shopping centres. - Completion of budgets, cash flow forecasts, and monthly calculations. - Responsible for obtaining market information on comparable leases and assessed market rent based on initial capital works and rent-free periods.Key Achievement – Assisting directors in negotiating a lease agreement. Tenants were on a month to month, 800sqm lease and were the only tenant in a three-shop centre. It was negotiated that they would move to the 1,000sqm tenancy where we conducted approximately $900,000 worth of renovations. The lease was a 10-year lease at $220 per sqm (gross) with a 3% ratchet clause and multiple options. Within the first month the tenant’s turnover increased in excess of $100,000 and due to the tenant being a great anchor tenant, within three months the centre was fully leased.

- Responsible for the accounting and reconciliation of over five years of accounts of a working club for audit processes. - Responsible for conducting a secret ballot at a major internationally owned mining company. Dealt with the mine manager and over 150 underground miners in the ballot enterprise agreement. - Fully responsible for EOFY stock takes for multiple businesses. Key Achievements – At the age of 17, with approval, I developed and presented strategies and policies for the working club to implement to ensure the issues they were having with their accounting and reconciliation of accounts did not occur again. They implemented the strategies and policies I presented and the issues have not reoccurred.
