I am currently a Certified Flight Instructor as well as a Progress Check Instructor at the United Aviate Academy and strive to be a Professional Airline Pilot. Over the past 2 years, I have been able to complete all my base FAA certifications as well as continue to develop as an Aviation Professional. Throughout my time as a CFI, I have learned what it means to not only be a leader, but also a mentor to aspiring aviators. I have gotten the opportunity to take on different leadership roles throughout my time at the Academy. This ranges from being a line instructor to a Basic Indoctrination Facilitator to a Progress Check Instructor. Each role has presented its own challenges and perspectives, but has only made me the pilot I am today. Since graduating high school, I've come to the conclusion that everything comes down to the people around. Whether it was my time at a distribution facility at FedEx loading up packages or in the flight deck, people was what made the difference. A simple, "how are you," makes all the difference in the world. The ability to look to your side and trust the person that is beside you makes or break any team. I look forward to continuing my professional development as I approach the time I need before I make the next step to the airlines. If you would like to learn more about me and how I would be able to support your company, do not be afraid to reach out and connect.
