As a Corporate Training Developer at 2nd Infantry Division, I apply my extensive military experience and simulation expertise to design and deliver training models and exercises that enhance the performance of corporate leaders and their organizations. With over 14 years of experience in the military industry, I have developed a deep understanding of the operational, logistical, and strategic challenges and opportunities in this field.I have a proven track record of conducting qualitative analysis, developing and briefing lessons learned, authoring and co-authoring handbooks, and coaching leaders through high-tempo exercises. I have also coordinated and facilitated the training, logistics, and validation of Reserve and National Guard companies prior to worldwide deployments, and supported crisis action planning and response during natural disasters. My skills in intelligence analysis, weapons handling, operational planning, and organizational leadership enable me to contribute to the success and readiness of my team and company. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Memorial University and two Master's degrees from U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
