No matter what role you hold within business, you must have a strong balance of EQ and IQ. After college, I took on multiple campus recruiting and HR jobs. This allowed me to learn the nuances of how to clearly articulate value propositions to job seekers, build relationships, and cater towards a company's strongest asset: its human capital. I went to business school to gain strong analysis skills and develop a more holistic view of the business world. Fast forward to today and I'm the Marketing Chief of Staff at Box, an international, publicly traded cloud computing company. This role has given me the opportunity to strengthen my executive presence and understand what it takes to build and run an effective marketing organization. Finally, I enjoy mentoring and helping people who want to either change or further their career.
