* Responsible for all aspects of account management and development of new business in the Leeds and Bradford areas, to include cold calling of new and lapsed clients.* Responsible for the substantial increase of the Leeds client base and rapid improvement of an inherited desk within less than 2 months* Key contact for National Accounts with responsibility for implementing policies and SLA's.* Responsible for the full registration, interview and compliance of all temporary labour provided to the increasing client base.* Supporting Management with new process implementation to improve current client base i.e weekly and monthly review meetings and KPI management of al clients.*Utilising industrial and onsite experience by working the line on all conversions, to understand the full expectations of the client.
