Answered over 200 calls a day from the public, and directed them to the appropriate department. Maintained a database of contact information of over 3000 employees within the healthcare network. Used excel to analyze data on call volume and generate reports for management.

In this position I created content for various online math platforms. This involved developing original lessons for high school level math courses and developing algorithmic assessment problems for high school and college level math courses. I investigated and resolved customer service bugs. I performed quality assurance testing on online math assessments, and online lessons. I also proofread math textbooks. I completed work within tight deadlines. I had the opportunity to lead two projects. This required communicating with coworkers, customers, management, and offshore vendors. It also involved training coworkers, monitoring budgets, and ensuring that work was completed within strict deadlines.

In this position I stocked shelves, cleaned the store, and performed excellent customer service.
