Conducted situational analysis, competitive category and brand review to identify key gaps in Grady's current marketing elements. As a team of interns, we developed and proposed a 2024 Grady Hospital secondary marketing strategy to enhance their brand reputation, build market relevance and engage the consumer audience. In addition, a full marketing plan and corresponding tactical elements were developed to promote, position and enhance Grady's Hospital's brand.

Assisted Camp Director with the administration of youth summer soccer camps for 150+ kids and preparations for the recreation league Fall season.Responsible for updating the youth recreation soccer program curriculum, training coaches, assigning coaches, organizing coaching manuals, and scheduling pre-season coach's meetings.Additionally, I implemented the camp curriculum, demonstrated drills, and maintained fields and soccer equipment.
