The goal of this project was to repair existing pedestrian ramps in the borough and upgrade them to ADA specifications to the maximum amount feasible. Work included ramps, adjoining sidewalks, curbs, road base and asphalt. Responsible for preparing partial payments to compensate the contractor for work completed and prepared all requirements, as-built and close out documents. Responsibilities also include attending pre-construction meetings, preparing meeting agendas, recording meeting minutes, distributing minutes to all required stakeholders. Updated submittal logs, daily and monthly progress reports and maintained daily records using DDC’s standard filing system. Duties included creating Technical Infeasibility Forms (TIFs) and submitting Pedestrain Ramp Inspection Forms on PRISM, making payments by using the NYC DDC's program, PDMS, entering inspector reports, preparing task work orders, verifying daily inspector reports and quantities in accordance with the contract plans and specifications, preparing the project books, processing contractor payments and construction report cards in accordance with the NYCDOT specifications, and summarizing quantities in weekly reports for NYCDDC.
